Returns & Eligibility

Not satisfied with your purchase? We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Free of stains, odors, or any signs of wear
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery (including international orders)

Any damage that prevents us from reselling the item will void the return.

This policy applies to clothing items only.

U.S. Orders

For orders shipped within the United States:

  • Refunds are issued for the item cost only
  • Original shipping and shipping protection fees are non-refundable

International Orders

For international orders:

  • Refunds are issued for the item cost only
  • Shipping and shipping protection fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels for international returns
  • Returned items must be received within 30 days of delivery

Exchanges & Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong size, we will:

  • Send the correct size at no cost to you
  • Fully cover shipping costs

This must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
After 7 days, exchanges will no longer be accepted.

Orders Once Shipped

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

If an incorrect delivery address is entered at checkout:

  • We are typically unable to change the address once shipped
  • If the package is delivered to the wrong address due to customer error, we are not responsible for replacement
  • If the package is returned to us by the carrier, we can reship it to the correct address at the customer’s expense

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Some international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

These fees are not included in your purchase

The customer is fully responsible for paying any customs-related charges

If customs fees are not paid and the order is returned to us, any return fees incurred will be deducted from your refund
